Sea Bass Miso with Bokchoy

I think I found my favorite fish entrée!

As some of you know, I am currently affiliated with Florabel Group of Restaurants for some of their web and social media content. Posting about their dishes, however, is out of my own personal opinion and recommendation, and is unpaid nor part of my agreement with them. I’ve posted some favorites before:

That said, when we dined there a few weeks ago, I found another favorite to post about: Sea Bass Miso with Bokchoy! It’s one of those dishes that moves you—you can’t help but close your eyes with each spoonful. ❤️

The sea bass is well-cooked—it melts in your mouth! Then, the sweet glaze of the miso sauce is just pure goodness! The bokchoy balances the flavors well so the plate isn’t palatably boring (though, I won’t mind a full plate of just the sea bass miso!). It’s served with  their vegetable barley rice that’s also getting more and more popular with their diners.

Florabel, the flagship restaurant of Chef Florabel Co-Yatco, is at the ground floor of Estancia Mall in Capitol Commons. They’re open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Follow them on Facebook and Instagram to get exclusive discounts on their dish of the month. This is a great place to bring your special someone: it’s a casual x fine-dining restaurant with an elegant yet warm ambiance.

I am the happy wife of my happy husband, Pao. We are overly grateful that I am now pregnant with our second child! I am the author of the book, When God Could’ve But He Didn’t.
