Leading Self, Life

Join me in GraceWorkGrace ☕️

I’ve always been drawn to the topic of productivity.

Back in school, I scratched my head when classmates did their homework in the morning of the deadline, when I finished them the evening prior—even after a late night dance training. In my first jobs, my favorite trainings were both from Franklin Covey—Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits, and Habit #3 on time management. Here on the blog, I’ve written productivity pieces and even a series, which I eventually converted into a training out of passion. I’ve taught this training to various groups of people, and also made this training available to my workmates in church.

Now that I juggle different roles—wife, mom of four, HR leader, among others—productivity is still a topic that’s as alive in me as when my life was simpler. The dream of publishing my own productivity tools is still here (and yes, still currently only a dream) despite the many seasons that have come and gone.

And so I’m very excited to share with you my little space of the world (wide web) dedicated to productivity—GraceWorkGrace.

Paul once wrote:

“But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.”
1 Corinthians 15:10

Through the years, I’ve learned that productivity is intertwined with God’s grace.

Grace begins the work.
Grace sustains hard work.
Grace completes the work.

And that’s what this new focused space is about. In GraceWorkGrace, I’ll be sharing insights, learnings, tools, and tips on productivity that honors both diligence and dependence—the kind that helps you live out your calling without losing your soul in the process.

I invite you to join me at GraceWorkGrace:

Here’s to new beginnings—and to working hard, in the rhythm of grace.
